The Concept Thesis

Octolimb is a four-limbed, octopus-inspired exoskeleton designed for protection in earthquake-prone areas. It retracts to form a shield around the torso, safeguarding vital organs. Made from holographic synthetic leather with tensioned cables and actuators, it ensures mobility and safety. Potential uses include disaster response, sports, and defense.

There are wings that work by hand-pulling motion, and there are small spikes on the arms to protect from predators.

why is it needed

Because there are cold places and there are dangerous animals.
