عند التأقلم في مجتمع جديد لابد من مواجهة الصعوبات مثل اللغة والعادات والتقاليد 

ويجب ان نتعرف ونطبق قوانين البلد واقامة علاقات جيدة وتبادل الهدايا لتسهيل الاندماج..

عند مواجهة مشكلة يجب احترام رأي الاخرين وايجاد الحلول المناسبة

قمنا بعمل فديو يوصف الصعوبات التي واجهها الاجانب في بلد جديد ومنها قمنا بمشاركة بعض الصعوبات التي طرحناها على الضيوف ومنها إستنتجنا ان الصعوبات كلها متعلقة بالتأقلم مع الشعب و البلد الجديد

Project Description

When adapting to a new society, difficulties such as language,

 customs and traditions must be faced

We must get to know and apply the laws of the country, establish good relations and exchange gifts to facilitate integration.

When confronted with a problem, you must respect the opinion of others

 and find appropriate solutions

We made a video describing the difficulties faced by foreigners in a new country, and from them we shared some of the difficulties we presented to the guests, from which we concluded that all the difficulties are related to adapting to the people and the new country.

Each of us has watched a series of events unfold during our lifetime that have changed people, societies, or even the world. We have watched siblings being born, governments be overthrown, families move to different countries, communities unite to solve problems, and viruses creep into the bodies of the population. We have seen stories play out on global scales, and on small scales, within the walls of our own home, or even within our own minds. This studio asks: how do these stories change when they are viewed not just through our eyes, but through the lens of a camera? 

We will think about filmmaking as an act of preservation. It is a medium that can hold things frozen in time: preserving anything from a worldwide historical event to an intimate family memory. Preservation is a relevant conversation for immigrants, bringing up the question: What do you want to preserve from the place you came from? What do you want to hold on to? It can be addressed from a political lens, asking “What do you think the society you are now in can pick up from the society you left behind?” And it could be a personal question: when you are moving from childhood to adulthood, what parts of yourself do you want to leave behind? And what do you want to keep? 

In this studio, we will explore preservation through the craft of documentary filmmaking,  while also engaging with the spaces between documentation, moments that were not captured on camera, by filling those gaps with creative visuals, archival footage, storyboards, and a medium that is often used in documentary filmmaking: animation!  We will  begin by drafting insightful questions around the topic, choosing change-makers in the community who are experts in that topic, and conducting a series of interviews to gather community stories. We will learn the fundamentals of video-editing in order to edit down these interviews to their essential themes, and then visualize the subjects of these interviews through storyboarding. During this process we will have a series of guest speakers who are professional documentary filmmakers, activists, and working artists. Following this studio will be a series of “animation for documentary” studios and small workshops with selected students, intended to turn the series of short films created in this studio into a longer animated documentary film!

في هذا الاستوديو ، سوف نستكشف الحفظ  على الأمور من خلال حرفة صناعة الأفلام الوثائقية ، بينما نتعامل أيضًا مع المسافات بين التوثيق ، واللحظات التي لم يتم التقاطها بالكاميرا ، من خلال ملء تلك الفجوات بصور إبداعية ، ولقطات أرشيفية ، ولوحات قصصية ، ووسيلة غالبًا ما تستخدم في صناعة الأفلام الوثائقية: الرسوم المتحركة! سنبدأ بصياغة أسئلة ثاقبة حول الموضوع ، واختيار صانعي التغيير في المجتمع الذين هم خبراء في هذا الموضوع ، وإجراء سلسلة من المقابلات لجمع قصص المجتمع. سوف نتعلم أساسيات تحرير الفيديو من أجل تعديل هذه المقابلات وفقًا لموضوعاتها الأساسية ، ثم نتخيل موضوعات هذه المقابلات من خلال القصص المصورة. خلال هذه العملية ، سيكون لدينا سلسلة من المتحدثين الضيوف من صانعي أفلام وثائقية محترفين ونشطاء وفنانين عاملين. يتبع هذا الاستوديو سلسلة من استوديوهات "الرسوم المتحركة للأفلام الوثائقية" وورش عمل صغيرة مع طلاب مختارين ، تهدف إلى تحويل سلسلة الأفلام القصيرة التي تم إنشاؤها في هذا الاستوديو إلى فيلم وثائقي طويل للرسوم المتحركة!
