We spend a lot of time waiting for transportation such as buses, and have many people around us who share our waiting times despite differences in age, gender, interests, and needs. So why not turn the waiting time into an opportunity to socialize, benefit and enjoy the time, instead of getting bored of waiting?

This studio is an urban intervention on the surrounding of the transportation station near the student's residence.

The goal is to link the architectural solution to the social needs of users according to age groups and interests.

The students will determine and analyze the station's users profiles and patterns. They will search for their needs, and then find a solution that meets the need or delivers a societal message, through the design of the street furniture and the creation of the appropriate urban space for the surroundings of the chosen transportation station, which will contain the interactive activity that the student chooses as the solution.

نحن نمضي الكثير من الوقت بانتظار وسائل النقل وحولنا العديد من الأشخاص الذين يشاركوننا أوقات الانتظار بالرغم من الاختلافات في العمر والجنس و الاهتمامات والاحتياجات .  فلماذا لا نحول وقت الانتظار إلى فرصة للتواصل الاجتماعي والاستفادة والاستمتاع بالوقت بدل الملل من الانتظار 

هذا الاستوديو هو مداخلة عمرانية على محيط محطة المواصلات القريبة من منزل الطالب. 

الهدف هو ربط الحل المعماري بالاحتياج الاجتماعي للمستخدمين بحسب الفئات العمرية والاهتمامات 

سيقوم الطلاب بدراسة وتحليل أنماط الأشخاص المستخدمين للمواقف والبحث عن احتياجاتهم ومن ثم ايجاد الحل الذي يلبي الاحتياج أو يوصل رسالة مجتمعية، من خلال تصميم المفروشات الطرقية وخلق الفراغ العمراني المناسب لمحيط محطة المواصلات المختارة  والذي سيضم أو يحتوي النشاط التفاعلي الذي يراه الطالب في الحل
