Earthquakes are really dangerous natural disasters because they can destroy buildings, cities, and things people need to live. They can happen all of a sudden without any warning or time to get ready. When an earthquake happens, people who survive need a safe place to stay until things get better.

In this studio, we'll talk about what people need after an earthquake and design  models of temporary homes that can help them. We'll use special tools and programs to make these models and make sure they have everything people need to stay safe and comfortable. we will learn  various skills such as analytical thinking, creativity, sketching, technical drawing, digital fabrication, programming, Arduino, mechanics, model making, 3D design, and 3D printing.

تعتبر الزلازل المدمرة من أخطر الكوارث الطبيعية التي تهدد حياة الانسان واستقراره ،لأنها تدمر المدن والمباني والبنية التحتية ، كما أنها تحدث فجأة دون إنذار أو تحضير.  وعندما تصيب مدينة أو تجمعاً سكانياً فإن الناجين من الحطام يحتاجون إلى ملاجئ آمنة لممارسة نشاطاتهم الأساسية بشكل مؤقت.

في هذا الاستوديو سوف نقوم بتحليل الاحتياجات الأساسية للناجين من الزلزال، وسنقوم بتصميم ملاجئ مؤقتة تلبي هذا الاحتياج مستخدمين كل ما نعرفه من تقنيات وبرامج لتصميم وتنفيذ نماذج مصغرة لهذه الملاجئ
