Project Description

؜The project is a six-story residential building designed at a 1:50 scale, with a ground floor area of approximately 12 square meters. The first floor features a welcoming kitchen and cozy guest room. The second floor is for entertainment, with a spacious gaming room and comfortable living area. The third floor includes a private master bedroom with an in-suite bathroom. The fourth floor offers home office spaces and a lounge area. The fifth floor has additional living rooms and smaller study or reading rooms. The sixth floor is an open space with a rooftop terrace, panoramic views, and a flexible area for creative work or a home gym. Every floor balances comfort, functionality, and modern style.

؜The project will incorporate small solar panels to provide electricity and heat water efficiently, promoting sustainability.

The entrance of the home is strategically positioned against the prevailing wind direction, ensuring a comfortable and protected entryway.
