The Flytrap Project draws inspiration from the Venus flytrap, a plant that blurs the line between flora and predator. Using a single ultrasonic sensor and a servo motor controlled by Arduino, the model mimics the rapid snapping motion of the trap. With 3D-printed components and sensor-driven interactivity, the project highlights the fascinating intersection of nature’s mechanisms and robotics, offering a playful yet educational look into responsive bio-inspired design.
