As cities continue to grow, further emphasizing their efficiency for humans, the animals that dwell in these regions are often forgotten. In this studio, students will learn to understand the needs of animals living in their city. The goal is to arrive at a design proposal with interventions which will ensure an animals well-being in an environment that will be predominantly made by and for humans. 

Students will focus on providing access to shelter for animals, whether they are newly constructed, carved out of existing structures, or abstracted assemblages. The studio will begin with a rigorous research process allowing us to thoroughly understand the needs and wants of animal life in the city. This research will, in turn, inform the projects, ensuring maximum utility for animals and harmony with the urban environment.

سيركز الطلاب على توفير إمكانية الوصول إلى مأوى للحيوانات ، سواء تم بناؤها حديثًا أو تم تعديلها من مساكن موجودة  أو تجمعات مجردة. سيبدأ الاستوديو بعملية بحثية جادة تسمح لنا بفهم احتياجات ومتطلبات الحياة الحيوانية في المدينة تمامًا. سيقوم هذا البحث بدوره بإغناء المشاريع ، وضمان أقصى فائدة للحيوانات والانسجام مع البيئة الحضرية.
