Project Description:
My project is a restaurant inspired by the traditional countryside hut, blending authenticity with modern design to offer a unique experience that introduces visitors to the rich flavors of Syrian food and drinks.
The restaurant is designed with architectural elements inspired by simplicity and nature:
- The roof is shaped like a third of a circle.
- The kitchen is built in a triangular shape.
- The floor layout is square.
The hut is a simple house that was traditionally built in villages and rural areas. It is usually made from clay, straw, or wood—materials that are naturally available and easy to work with. The reason for building it this way was the low cost and ease of construction. It provided adequate protection from the sun and wind and suited the simple lifestyle of people in the countryside.
