Project Description:
Inspired by the southwest pueblos and modern-day cities such as Mardin, Turkey and Positano, Italy, this living structure would have a descending style that would allow it to blend seamlessly with the environment in which it is found. Comprised of a series of structures set upon a mountain/hill, this structure would be suitable for either communal or individual living, providing both privacy and community for those who reside there. There will be a source of running water that cuts through the structure, providing efficient and easily accessible water, and the structure will be built using locally sourced resources.
